Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by cruise line, with penalties generally increasing as the sailing date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Cruise lines do not refund in the event of "no shows," or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. Please notify your Vacations To Go cruise counselor immediately of any cancellations or changes. A service fee of $75 for domestic flights and $125 for international flights will apply if air is purchased through the cruise line and cancelled within 60 days of departure. The above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotels and/or other independent service suppliers.
