SeaDream Yacht Club Payments & Refunds

To reserve your cabin and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by cruise line, with penalties generally increasing as the sailing date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Days Prior To Sailing Date	Cancellation Charge
121 days or more	$50 per booking
120 - 91 days	$200 per person
90 - 46 days	25% of fare
45 - 31 days	50% of fare
30 days or less	100% of fare

For bookings made using an interline or military rate, SeaDream Yacht Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation or transfer the booking to another sailing date at their discretion. Guests will have the option to pay the full tariff to maintain the original reservation. In the event of cancellation, SeaDream Yacht Club will issue a full refund for the cruise portion of the booking, however SeaDream Yacht Club and Vacations To Go bear no responsibility for any payments made towards hotels, transfers, airfare, insurance or other expenses that may be incurred.

Cruise lines do not refund in the event of "no shows," or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. Please notify your Vacations To Go cruise counselor immediately of any cancellations or changes. The above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotels and/or other independent service suppliers. Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday sailings. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms differ for group bookings; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go cruise counselor. Changes to names or departure dates are subject to the cruise lines' discretion and may incur cancellation penalties.
