Prices

Wedding packages are $2500.00
License fees are $575.00
Additional Marriage Certificates are $50.00 for a pre-voyage certificate and $65.00 for a post-voyage certificate

Wedding Voyages

Voyages must be a minimum of 7 nights in duration, and weddings can only take place on sea days.

Ceremony Times

Ceremonies are available at either 11 a.m. or 3:30 p.m. on selected days and voyages. There will be only one wedding conducted per day. Cunard requests that all Wedding parties with more than 20 guests reserve the 11 a.m. ceremony.

Queen Mary 2

Todd English restaurant

• Lunch: For parties of 40 - 100 guests, Cunard offers exclusive use of this stunning, formal dining room. Smaller parties may also dine here but Cunard is unable to offer this on an exclusive basis and service may be on a staggered basis.
• Dinner: Wedding parties with 20 guests or less may dine in the Todd English restaurant, but Cunard is unable to offer this on an exclusive basis.

Britannia Club or Britannia restaurant

• Lunch: Cunard is able to offer an exclusive area within either the upper level of the magnificent Britannia restaurant or the Britannia Club area.
• Dinner: Wedding parties will dine at the restaurant table already allocated to them throughout their voyage. Cunard regrets that they are unable to offer an exclusive area or specifically arranged seating for the evening.

Queen Victoria

Todd English restaurant

• Lunch: For parties of 30 - 60 guests, Cunard offers exclusive use of this stunning, formal dining room. Smaller parties may dine here but we are unable to offer this on an exclusive basis and service may be staggered.
• Dinner: Wedding parties with 20 guests or less may dine in the Todd English restaurant but Cunard is unable to offer this on an exclusive basis.

• Lunch: Cunard is able to offer an exclusive area for your wedding party within the upper level of the magnificent Britannia restaurant.

The Verandah

Menu Options

All menus must be preselected and prepaid 56 days before departure. Vegetarian options are available, and beverages charges will be added to your onboard account. Wedding lunch menus are only available to guests booking on an 11 a.m. wedding.

Canapés

Cunard’s chefs have selected the following three temping options to accompany a drinks reception. Each platter contains a mixture of 8 hot and 8 cold items and could include delights such as smoked salmon, caviar, Peking duck pancakes, coconut fried shrimp and foie gras.

• Wedding Canapés -- $20.00 per platter
• Deluxe wedding canapés -- $25.00 per platter
• Gourmet wedding canapés -- $30.00 per platter

Lunch

Todd English, Britannia Club or Britannia restaurant
Two delicious wedding menus are available for parties dining in the above restaurant on all Cunard ships and include items such as: tartar of duart salmon, Dublin bay prawns, medallion of beef fillet, Cumbrian lamb, chocolate lava cake, white chocolate date and walnut, bread and butter pudding and homemade mignardises.

• Deluxe wedding lunch -- $20.00 per person
• Gourmet wedding lunch -- $25.00 per person

The Verandah
Queen Elizabeth’s Verandah restaurant offers contemporary French cuisine with delicacies such as: lobster and shellfish salad, duck foie gras with peas, organic beef fillet sautéed with morel mushrooms, temping dark chocolate parfait filled with caramelized pralines, melted crottin chavignol fig tart and more.

• The Verandah wedding tasting menu -- $35.00 per person

Dinner

Britannia Club or Britannia restaurant

Wedding parties will receive the evening dinner menu being served to all guests dining in these restaurants. As such, there will be no additional charge to dine in these restaurants aboard all three ships.

Todd English

Guests will be served innovated Mediterranean cuisine created by world famous chef Todd English aboard Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria.

• Set Dinner menu -- $35.00 per person
• A La Carte dinner menu -- charges as per onboard menu

The Verandah

French cuisine created on Queen Elizabeth by Chef Patron, Jean-Marie Zimmerman.

• Degustation Menu -- $35.00 per person

Finishing Touches

Flowers

Cunard’s professional onboard florists will create fragrant, fresh flower arrangements for your special day. Two fresh arrangements, a bridal posy and a groom’s boutonniere are already included in your Cunard wedding package, but the following items are also available to purchase.

Wedding flowers must be pre-booked and pre-paid no less than 56 prior to departure. Floral table decorations and additional pedestal/aisle decorations are also available by request, subject to cost.

• Bride’s Long Stem Bouquet -- $95.00 (roses) or $85.00 (lilies or exotic arrangement)
• Bride’s Teardrop Bouquet -- $95.00 (roses) or $80.00 (lilies or exotic arrangement)
• Bridesmaid’s Posy -- $55.00 (roses) or $45.00 (lilies or exotic arrangement)
• Corsage -- $20.00 (roses) or $25.00 (lilies or exotic arrangement)

Cake

Created by Cunard’s onboard pastry chef, an elegantly decorated one-tier 8" wedding cake in either vanilla or chocolate sponge is included in your Cunard wedding package. However if you would prefer to choose one of the following options for your special day, the following options are available. Cake boxes are available should you wish to buy a cake to take home with you later. Wedding cakes must be pre-booked and pre-paid no later than 56 days prior to departure.

Live Music

Traditional wedding music, pre-recorded and played within the ceremony room is included with your Cunard wedding package. Guests wishing to choose their own music must provide their choice of music including all applicable sheet music. Live music can be provided by our onboard pianist, harpist and string quartet -- and is available on request at an additional cost. Cunard states that there should be no religious content in any music or venue.

• Cocktail Pianist -- $180.00 an hour (play only)
• Piano Entertainer -- $250.00 an hour (play and sing)
• Harpist -- $180.00 an hour
• String Quarter -- $375.00 an hour

Photography and Videography

All photography and videography are booked and paid for onboard. Wedding packages range from $499.95 to $1599.95 and may include items such as:

• Choice of your favorite photographs in a 5" x 7" size
• Choice of your favorite photographs in an 8" x 10" size
• Choice of wedding albums in small and large leather portfolios
• A CD of your chosen images
• Personalized wedding announcements

Cancellation Information

A guest may cancel their Cunard wedding at any time in writing but will be charged a cancellation fee based on the percentage of the price paid.

120 days or more before departure – deposit

119 to 90 days before departure – 45% of wedding package

69 to 60 days before departure – 65% of wedding package

59 to 30 days before departure – 90% of wedding package

29 to 0 days before departure – 100% of wedding package
