Southbound: Take 101 South towards San Jose. Take Woodside/Seaport Rd. Exit. Keep Left to get on Seaport (Towards the port). Keep left at the split to go towards the Port of Redwood City. Follow the signs to the Port.

Northbound (From San Jose): Take 101 North towards San Francisco. Take Woodside/Seaport Rd. Exit. Keep right to get on Seaport (Towards the port). Keep left on at the split to go towards the Port of Redwood City. Follow the signs to the Port.
