Lucky visitors to Similajau National Park may spot dolphins jumping out from the water or witness green turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs in the spring and summer months. The park offers jungle trekking, snorkeling, bird watching and hiking trails. Similajau is also home to two species of saltwater crocodile that live near river mouths and are best viewed on a guided, nighttime boat trip.
