From Narita International Airport (NRT) - :

Head southeast on National Route 295. Use the left to take the ramp to lane Higashi Kanto Expressway/Tokan Expressway.  Use the left lane to merge onto Narita International Airport Line. Take the exit toward Tokyo. Merge onto Higashi-Kanto Expressway. At Wangan Ichikawa IC, continue onto Shuto Expressway Bayside Route/Prefectural Route 294. Continue onto Shuto Expressway Bayshore Line. Take exit Ariake IC toward Rinkai-Fukutoshin/Daiba/Ferry Wharf/Tokyo Big Sight. Merge onto Bayside Road/National Route 357. Take the exit toward Shiokaze Pk/Daiba/Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route. Keep left. Use the left lane to keep left. Turn left at Shiokaze Park South (intersection) onto Route 482.

From Haneda International Airport (HND):

Head north on Shuto Expressway Bayshore Route. Take exit Rinkai-fukutoshin. Use the right to turn right lane at Odaiba Chuo (intersection) toward Wangan Road/National Route 357 (signs for Chiba/Tatsumi). Turn right at Odaiba Chuo (intersection) onto Wangan Road/National Route 357 (signs for Shiokaze Pk). Keep left. Use the left lane to keep left. Turn left at Shiokaze Park South (intersection) onto Route 482.
