The 110,000-ton Carnival Freedom combines a slew of amenities with the exciting atmosphere of Carnival’s “Fun Ships” to create a resort-like feel onboard. Passengers can start the day with a trot around the jogging track before rewarding themselves with a visit to the 13,300-square-foot spa or a slice of pizza by one of four pools. Kids will love flying down the 214-foot waterslide on the Sky Deck, and parents will love the extensive facilities for Carnival's heralded children's and teen's programs. Adults can also relax and have some time away from the kids in the adult-only Serenity Retreat. First-rate movies and highly anticipated concerts and sporting events take center stage on the Lido Deck’s 12-by-22-foot jumbo-sized LED screen. Be sure to round up your friends for an exquisite meal in one of the Freedom's twin formal restaurants, featuring cuisine created by the talented French master chef Georges Blanc. Alternative dining venues include the casual, buffet-style Freedom Restaurant, which serves international cuisine and made-to-order specialties, the Meiji Sushi Bar and the reservations-only Sun King Restaurant. After dinner, guests can enjoy spectacular performances in the Victoriana Lounge, which features a revolving turntable and orchestra pit. A diverse selection of bars and lounges on the Promenade Deck, such as Bar Nouveau, Scott’s Piano Bar and the 70’s Casino, are open late into the night for lively musical entertainment, drinks and dancing.
