Litomerice, Czech Republic

Litomerice is the second-oldest town of the Czech Republic and an important trade center for hops, grains and fresh garden produce. The historical market square is the largest in northern Bohemia and is surrounded by townhouses of practically all styles and periods. Near the square, the town hall features an impressive roof resembling a chalice. Visit the dome of Litomerice, the Historical Museum and the Gallery of Fine Arts.
