Alor (Kalabahi), Indonesia

Kalabahi is the capital and port for Alor Island, the largest island of the Lesser Sunda Islands, Indonesia. Set inside a peaceful bay embraced by white sandy beaches, Kalabahi's geography features two major mountains which are both old volcanoes. Festive occasions on the islands involve the exchange of pigs, gongs and cast-bronze drums of unknown origin known as mokos.
