On February 16th, our singles group set sail on the Norwegian Encore from Miami, FL. We visited Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay.

We eagerly boarded the beautiful Norwegian Encore with minimal wait times, greeted by friendly smiles and cheerful voices. Upon check-in at the popular Texas Smokehouse, our group enjoyed cocktails while making introductions. Afterward, we gathered at the Poolside Surf Bar to say "Bon Voyage" to Miami as we began our journey to the Southern Caribbean.

We were thrilled to welcome a singles meet-up group from Pittsburgh, consisting of approximately 22 people, to join us on this unforgettable cruise. Diane K. from Pittsburgh, PA, led this vibrant group of first-timers, who had an incredible experience. Many members of the group are already planning to return for future trips!

This voyage was particularly special because it marked Darrell S. from Houston, TX's 50th VTG Singles cruise. We celebrated this milestone with a heartfelt red cup presentation, honoring his loyalty and friendship over the years. To add to the excitement, Linda T. from Pittsburgh, PA, was chosen as a judge for the ship's Men's Sexy Legs poolside contest, which brought even more fun to the festivities!

In the vibrant city of Puerto Plata, D.R., Madonna W. from St. John's, NL and Elissa M. from Quincy, MA, fully embraced the nostalgic charm of the 1950s. Adorned in colorful vintage costumes that reflected the era's flair, they embarked on a classic car tour through downtown. Their journey took them along the iconic Umbrella Street, where a kaleidoscope of vibrant umbrellas created a canopy overhead, enhancing their adventure.

Over in St. Thomas, on our private excursion Snorkeling with the Sea Turtles, Anne L. from Brunswick, GA, Deanna E. from Elk Grove, CA, Dave C. from West Deptford, NJ and Bill C. from Ephraim, NJ had an unforgettable experience getting up close with a large sea turtle as it surfaced for air after enjoying some sea grass.

The go-karts were an absolute hit, with racers like Mark R. from Holland, MI, Brad L. from Peoria, AZ and Tom B. from Fredericksburg, VA going head-to-head in an exciting battle for the top spot. To top off the adventure, John C. from Milton, ON organized a fun beach day at Garden Bay Beach in Tortola, where guests spent a relaxing day soaking up the sun after sharing taxis to the picturesque spot.

Great Stirrup Cay, with its stunning white-sand beaches and vibrant snorkeling opportunities, invites you to embrace adventure and joy. Our singles crew fully immersed themselves in the experience, savoring every moment on the final port day of our journey.
