Norwegian Weddings

Norwegian Cruise Line offers onboard weddings in port and on shore across all ships, and at sea on Norwegian Breakaway, Getaway and Escape. Norwegian presents a variety of services to help you plan a fantastic wedding, including providing you a personal wedding coordinator. In order to use their services, you must first make a booking through a Vacations To Go cruise counselor who will then act as your liaison to Norwegian's wedding coordinator. Harborside Ceremony Package: $3,099

• Priority Check-in for the Bridal Couple and their sailing Passengers

-Priority Check in is only offered for ceremonies on embarkation day.
-Harborside ceremonies are only performed on embarkation, on cruises departing at 4pm or later.
-Non-sailing guest limit is 50 people. When you have over 10 non-sailing guests attending your ceremony a reception is required.
Legal same-sex ceremonies are available at destinations where same-sex marriages are recognized by local law. Same-sex ceremonies are legal in all of Canada and U.S. ports.

The Ceremony

We have designed special vows to commemorate your unique wedding experience. If you choose to use your own vows, please send them to us at least 30 days prior to sailing. Ceremonies last approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Your wedding ceremony will be performed by the approved officiant determined by your wedding package coordinator; however, the bridal couple may provide their own authorized officiant.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that if you are working with a third-party member (friend, family member or travel agent), if you have your own marriage officiant, if you are arranging your own transportation for destination weddings or if you are having a Harborside or Destination ceremony that is non-legal, you are required to sign a waiver form. Please advise your wedding coordinator if any of these apply to you.

Music and Technology
A CD player and recorded traditional wedding music are provided for the ceremony only. Couples who would like music during their reception may arrange for one of the options listed below. Any special ceremony/reception requests must be submitted in writing. Orders must be booked and paid for 45 days prior to sailing and are non-refundable.

Officiants and Coordinators

All receptions on board require waiters and bar staff. One waiter and one bar server required per 25 guests. One bartender is required per 75 guests. The charge per staff member is $14.00 per hour, per staff member in hourly increments. These charges will be added to your invoice.

All cakes are created just for you by the ship’s chef. Cakes are traditional vanilla butter cream with the filling of the day and white frosting with white decorations.
