You, Me, and the Sea - $4,000
For intimate ceremonies including you, your beloved, and Virgin Voyages’ captain or ship’s officer to officiate.

• Luxe Chic: A bouquet of beautiful roses with a hint of greenery – the perfect way to celebrate your big day! A matching boutonniere will be supplied also. Select from two beautiful color options: white/pink and ivory.
• Modern Boho: This beautiful floral option combines trendy bohemian style with a touch of elegance, framed with soft feathers.
• Timeless Romantic Garden: Celebrate your big day with a dreamy, colorful bouquet that is bang on trend whilst still being perfect for that timeless setting with lush greenery and florals that create a storybook atmosphere, perfect for that special occasion.

• 2Gether 4Ever Musical Duo Performance - Book Virgin Voyages’ Duo Musicians for 2 hours to ensure the perfect ambiance for your big day. Subject to availability. $400 ($200 per additional hour)

• Three’s Company Live Musical Trio - Three’s a crowd – but not on this occasion! Book one of Virgin Voyages’ Trio Musician Groups for an hour to ensure you have long-lasting memories for your big day. Subject to availability. $600 ($300 per additional hour)

• Couples Spa Package - Perfect for the couple who want to indulge. Ease wedding stress with this all-inclusive collection that caters to your every need. Combine two of either the Bridal Package or Perfectly Groomed Packages for the ultimate Virgin Voyages wedding experience. $1,999

Important Information

• Your Wedding Specialist is your primary partner related to all pre-voyage planning, including arranging all group dining, confirming all ceremony details, managing your Wedding Circle, and more.
• Your Groups Manager will be your primary onboard contact from the moment you arrive onboard.
• Program planning will ideally begin 150 days prior to your celebration, with all dining requests submitted 120 days prior. There is a 60-day cutoff for all requests to be submitted, and a 30-day cutoff for all programming to be finalized. A final review of all programming will be available 14 days prior to embarkation. You can also expect a final pre-voyage check-in from your Wedding Specialist 72 hours prior to embarkation and subsequent introduction to your Groups Manager (AKA your Onboard Wedding Coordinator) no less than 48 hours before you set sail.
• Virgin Voyages requires a minimum of 120 days to book a Tier 3 wedding ceremony and 90 days to book for Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• Cancellation policy: all wedding packages as well as add-ons are non-refundable at the time of purchase. All cabins are subject to Virgin Voyages’ normal cancellation policy. Add-ons must be purchased 60 days before sailing embarks.
• Virgin Voyages will not be able to provide legal paperwork or marriage licenses. It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to apply for and obtain a marriage license separately. Marriage ceremonies held onboard are meant to be symbolic expressions of love and are not legally binding.
• All ceremony times and locations may be subject to change due to unexplained events such as weather and will be moved by your Wedding Specialist if necessary. Ceremonies may not take place on the day of embarkation, and all times and locations must be finalized at least 30 days prior to the ceremony.
