Kaylee was great, I was amazed how everything was e=mailed to me, and all I had to do was follow her directions and fill out the paperwork on line and print it out. When we got to the pier, everything went like clockwork, all we had to do was hand our set-sail papers in with our ID's and before we knew it the escalators were taking us to enter the ship!! So smoothly done!!! I can't wait to go again!!
