I was very pleased with Ringo. In addition to sending all of our cruise information in a timely fashion, he assisted with a special request. I wanted my son, age 13, to have access to the Fitness Center on-board the ship. Usually only people 14+ are allowed in this area. I tried to contact MSC personally regarding this matter, and did not get anywhere. I emailed Ringo about it, and he contacted MSC immediately and got special permission for our situation. I was VERY pleased. I would definitely book another cruise through Ringo.

This last cruise we celebrated our anniversary, Emile arrange for us to have a bottle of wine. That was a fabulous treat.
