Scale of 1-10 he is a 10. Has proved himself in the past to be on top of all situations, good and bad and has come to our rescue on more than one occasions, above and beyond what we could have expected. Is always courteous and has a great sense of humour when needed (little tongue in cheek sometimes) - would have noone else put together our Princess cruises. And responds very quickly before/during/after putting a cruise together for us. Even if it's a nonsensical question over something yet to happen or something I should already know he responds immediately.
