Simply saying: I love Pace. The cabin he suggested was perfect. My 95 yr old mother had easy access to the restaurants. Everything was as he had mentioned. I dont recall we talked about future cruises but if I do I will contact him. Pace, thank you very, very much.

Wylie did a wonderful job advising us with our room selection. We were very pleased with the location of the room as well as what to expect from the ship. Whenever I had a question, he was very quick to return my emails. After disembarking the ship, there was some confusion regarding baggage handling fees when we used the Luggage Valet offered by Royal Caribbean. Wylie returned our call that morning with multiple numbers to call and assist us getting our fees refunded. We also appreciated the $25 shipboard credit voucher when we got onboard. It paid for our first couple round of drinks on the ship!! Thank you for the opportunity to go on this WONDERFUL cruise. The price was amazing and we felt we got an amazing value for such an amazing vacation.

Jules was extremely helpful and curteous, answering every question I had. As this was our first cruise, we had many questions and she eliminated all worries we may have had. (We were on our honeymoon, so it was really important that everything was at least almost perfect!!) We will definitely be taking another cruise with Norwegian, and hopefully be able to have Jules schedule it for us.....she got us a room very close to the elevators, which was very convenient and made it easier to find our way around the ship.
