Heath is the best counselor I have worked with and will ask for him for any future travel. I really felt like we had a personal connection in spite of the fact we have never met. He is knowledgeable, professional, has a sense of humor and is very prompt in addressing all concerns during the period between booking and actual travel. It was a complicated reservation involving 8 individuals with different flight needs and different cabins. He did a fabulous job.

Jackson was wonderful and went above and beyond what was expected. We had problems with our computer and couldn’t print off our luggage tags and boarding info a few days before our cruise.
