Kaylee informed me of all that was needed for booking. She also responded quickly to my inquiry regarding a possible cabin upgrade. When I am ready for my next vacation, I will contact Vacations To Go and hope that I am assigned to Kaylee.

I had called directly to the Princess reservations before speaking to Shavon; I got a lot of I don't know. When I spoke with Shavon, there was one question she was unable to answer during the phone call, but I received an email with the answer later that day. She was great. Next big vacation we take, I'll be sure to work with Vacations To Go and Shavon again.

Brian went above and beyond what I would consider the expected level of service to facilitate our cruise experience. First he help us through the disappointment of the Azamara cruise that was cancelled because of the fire. He promptly explained the offers Azamara was making for the cancelled cruise guests for future cruise discounts and refunds on cancellation fees that were incurred. He always returned our calls and seemed genuinely interested in our plans. He made such a positive impression on my husband and I that when my mother-in-law began to look for a cruise vacation, we promptly called Brian and asked him to call her to see if VTG had a cruise that filled her needs. He booked a cruise for her and her cousin for this coming Sept. We will definitely call Brian when we start to make plan for our next cruise vacation.
