I had scheduled our August cruise through Alice last winter. one month before the cruise I had a serious auto accident and was ready to cancel. Alice arranged to reschedule the cruise at a later date along with the air tickets at no extra charge or no cancelation fees from the cruise line. The cruse was a great success.... thanks to Alice!

I have used a travel agency before but they didn't not make me want to ever use them again. When I got off the phone with Payton I had the biggest smile on my face. She was great. I can tell that she really loves her job and she made the call personal. It's wasn't like she was reading off a sheet of paper. I will definitely use her again.
