Although, I did not work with Tracy directly because my husband handled it with her, I feel she did an excellent job on planning our cruise. We received all the correct documents and she sent timely emails to update us on everything. She helped us to get a reservation at a hotel in Orlando that was excellent and transfers to the ship from our hotel. I have already given her name to a friend that is trying to book a cruise. In the future when we decide to book a cruise, we will definitely use Tracy.

Caleb did a great job. The original price I wanted was sold out. Caleb found me an outside cabin for only $20 more than I would have paid for an inside. Even though the cabin was on the lowest deck, it was roomy and we enjoyed the view outside our cabin.
