It also was a good resource for me. I plan to work with Milo in the future. Again, he was exceptional in every way but what I am very appreciative of is his way of making me feel comfortable and less anxious about going on my first cruise. He was right on. I was prepared and it helped me enjoy my cruise and my excursions. I spent less time learning about my cruise while I was on it. I just enjoyed.

I would recommend Beltran in a heart beat . Never have we been left wondering if every thing was in order before setting out on our journey ! Beltran returns any calls or e-mails , he lets you know when his days off are and when he will be out of the office , so we don't worry if we can't reach him . He is very professional , yet takes a moment to joke around if we initiate it ! Beltran sends you off with a Bonvoyage message , giving you another chance to make sure all is in order . Never a feeling of you booked your trip and now your on your own . Also he welcomes you back home with an e-mail . We feel your company is very fortunate to have Beltran on staff , as we have staff of our own and understand how difficult it can be to find Quality people with such dedication !
