Mr SHANE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO ACCOMODATE US IMAGINE MAKING TWELVE PEOPLE ALL HAPPY AT THE SAME TIME WE CALLED HIM FOR HELP WITH THE BOARDING PASS AT THE LAST MINUTE AND HE MADE IT VERY EASY TO DO WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE CRUISE WE HAD A GOOD TIME AND WE FELT HE WAS TAKING CARE OF US EVEN WHEN WE WERE ON THE SHIP BY DRINKING THE WINE GIFT WE FEEL HE GAVE US A GOOD PRICE AND HIS BEING COURTEOUS IS PRICELESS THANK YOU SHANE

Betty and I feel very comfortable working with Liz; she was on "top" of things with this cruise. In the past, I have attempted to have a person I could count on to help. My previous counselor left VTG last year, so now I feel I have a new "personal" counselor. By the way, we had a great cruise to Norway.

Paul does an excellent job as a cruise counselor. We have booked multiple cruises with him--we like him that much! He thinks of the ittle details and if he is not sure, he checks with the cruise line. He suggested a handicap room because I have some mobility issues. It worked very well and I would book one again.

Landon always does a GREAT job. I recommended him, personally, to a couple on our Alaskan cruise. The cruise was the BEST EVER ( out of 65 taken), with the Dancing With the Stars theme. We took dance lessons, saw fabulous production shows, a fashion show of actual costumes from the TV show, met the celebrities, had photos taken with them & autographed by them.
