Anna was fantastic. She was extremely knowagable about the cruises and handled our reservations quickly and efficiently. When Celebrity cancelled our reservation with a very short recorded message, Anna called us before we even had the time for the message to really sink in that we could be stranded in Alaska. When she called, she already had heard the news and had tried to book us back on the princess that was already sold out, but then went further and found us space on the Vaandam. Everything completely done for us, all we had to do was say yes.Excellent customer service, solve the problem before we knew we had one.
