Heather is a jewel. She is ALWAYS available in a timely manner and is very helpful and has that quality that lets you know that your reservation is in good hands. I am a control freak when it comes to my reservation. Heather works well with that and in fact so well, that I find I depend on her more. I have made several recommendations to people about VTG. Some I have given Heathers direct number. My cruises will be handled by VTG.
