Katrina was out of town, cruising?, when, just days before we were to fly off to Tahiti, I realized, belatedly, that luggage tags and ship information were missing from the cruise documents sent by Paul Gauguin. But she had helpfully left contact information for the manager on duty, who reassured us about the luggage tags, and got the missing ship information for us. This is, I think, the 6th cruise we've had managed by Katrina, who is unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't think of taking a cruise without her advice!
