Christopher was like our 60th Wedding Annniversary cruise -- PERFECT. With his help, I planned the trip and it went off without a hitch. The champagne we received on October 9th was quaffed quickly by Pat and myself on our Owmer's Suite balcony in waters off Hawaii watching the setting sun. In May 2013 Abby jumped in and saved my cruise in Queen Elizabeth to Norway fjords. Some important details of the cruise were left adrift; Abby responded to my call and took over as my counselor fortunately. I came back to Abby for my next cruise in October in Queen Mary 2 which came off with no problems thanks to Abby. I'll come back to Abby for my next (#26th cruise) cruise.
