Anna was extremely helpful and efficient. We were considering two cruises, on one, the cabin selection was sold out, but she said she would watch it overnight while our other one was on hold to see if any cancellations came in. The cruise we took, we couldn't have been happier. Anna ensured that our level with Royal was carried forward to Celebrity, and that provided us with some really nice perks. Thanks again to Anna.
