Stan was Very helpful with our cruise planning even though we started planning 4 days before the cruise left! I am also a first time cruiser so I had a TON of questions and he didn't seem bothered by them at all. And when the system had an error and he knew it would take a while to get verification of the cruise he said he would call me back to save me time and minutes on my phone and heres the impressing part HE ACTUALLY DID!!! All our documents where exactly where they were supposed to be and we even had a few coupons! I will DEFINITELY recommend Vacations To Go and we will be using you for our next cruise! We have used vacations to go in the past and will definitely be using you in the future. We booked our cruise last fall, and appreciated the bill being adjusted to lower advertised rates when asked - no questions asked! I know I bugged Emile by asking a few times about the on board credit - it does not show up until you are actually on the cruise - it might reduce some future confusion if this is explained up front. We loved the discounts given through Vacations To Go and our cruise was wonderful!
