Donald is by far one of the best custmer service representatives Vacations to Go can have as an employee. He deliveres the utmost Customer Service in every way possible! I am so glad I have Donald! We typically cruise Carnival but decided to try Royal Caribbean. We had done this itenary (Cozumel, Granc Caymen and Jamaicca) twice with Carnival and enjoy this itenary so Donald recommended RC. The Navigator of the Seas was a beautiful ship. The trip was AWESOME!!
