This was a cruise for eight adults and three children. Ava was kind, considerate and very helpful throughout having to move people around and readjusting beds etc. She has been my counselor for quite a few cruises and I trust her and will continue to ask for her in future cruises.

Kaitlyn is the best vacation specialist my husband and I have ever come across. She returns calls promptly and is always so courteous.
