I have used Heather exclusively for the last 6 or 7 years. She always provides cheerful, friendly and helpful service. This cruise she thought of us first when a suite became available, and consequently, we had a phenomenal vacation. Over the years, I've needed all sorts of information; if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find the answer and get right back to me. And lastly, just because of her wonderful personality, Heather has become a friend as well as my travel consultant.
