This is the first time I was trying to arrange a cruise with my extended family (daughters and granddaughters) during the summer season. It was difficult to find a good date and itinerary for us at a good price and Kenzo was very patient with our inquiries and changes as we put together the trip that we finally arranged. Piper suggested the suite option which we have never done before, even though we have been on 15 or so cruises in the last 20 years. It was the best suggestion ever, as we are now sold on that option for the future. We have another cruise booked through her for Nov 1 and after that will be looking towards the upgrades. It was really worth the extra expense.
