Very friendly and helpful especially since he assisted me while I arranged for my niece and her husband to participate at the same time. I was calling from Sault Ste. Marie Ontario while my niece and her husband were in Florida. (I provided the necessary information verbally with Chester while in communication via Skype with my niece.) All arrangements worked out to all our mutual satisfaction and without any problems. (most impressive as we had called late Saturday evening while Chester was supposted to be getting off work. Chester even confirmed our arrangements via e-mail before he was scheduled to be at work the next morning!!!!!)
