Chase was always ready to help me to get the best available fare. He also made sure that we stayed in the same cabin (other passengers had to change cabins) when we finished the transatlantic portion of our trip and began the Baltic cruise. While others were seasick, we were comfortable because our cabin was midship. We will book with him again.

Jim was great, this was our first cruise and had a lot of questions. Jim did a great job of answering all my questions. He even went so far as to tell me exactly where the irons were on the ship. He also sent us a bottle of champagn the first night, we were very impressed.
