Alice listened to our needs and desires and did not disappoint. When we opened they door to our stateroom, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. It exceeded my expectations. We had a front row seat as we sailed thru the passage and watched the Hubbard Glacier from the privacy of our very own viewing room, our balcony! All our paper work was in order and boarding was a breeze. She had giving us clear understandable instructions and all her information made the process go very smoothly. Thank you Alice for giving me the opportunity to make the memory of a lifetime!
