This is the second cruise that we have booked with Chester. Each time he has demonstrated the willingness to patiently listen, not just hear, what the customer is asking about, itenary, accomodations, special needs etc. No commitment made until he had the opportunity to investigate and secured factual information not assumptions. We were in need of special needs, requiring access with a mobility scooter, not only were we assured that our cabin would be able to accomodate such device, Chester suggested that we secure a special needs cabin. In order to secure this accomodation, Chester said that we needed to submitt a request for such within the next 24 hours to assure comfirmation. I was given information of how to access the special needs form requried by the cruise line, faxed the next a.m. and when we walked into our cabin, it was almost twice the size of a normal inside cabin. The shower and bath were triple the size of normal accomodation. Chester eiter remembered booking our prior cruise and commented at the time we were booking this one, "Do you still want to be close to the elevator?" or he goes to the next step in documenting for future reference, what the customer requests or inquires about each time they call. Chester, Thank You for a beautiful cruise, nothing but rave reviews for anoter job well done. Our 50th is coming up in two years and yes you will be booking that cruise. JB, Taylor Texas
