Kristof was very helpful, especially with this being my 1st cruise. He went over every detail he felt I should know. He even emailed me when we got off the phone because he forgot to tell me something. I thought that was awesome of him. He made me feel I could call and ask him anything about the cruise and not be ashamed if it was something other people would feel was common sense.
