Madie is very friendly and knowledgeable. She mentioned that some balcony cabins had a steel partition that would block your view when sitting. We upgraded a bit to the see-through plexiglass and boy, were we glad we did! We had a cabin in the rear of the ship, facing the ocean. Not only did we have a much bigger verandah we had a remarkable view of the Panama canal when leaving. Chaise lounges instead of chairs so we used the verandah quite a bit. We have booked with Madie before so I kept her number for future use.
