After booking the cruise, she offered to assist with other reservations and booked our hotel for us. Heath is the best counselor I have worked with and will ask for him for any future travel. I really felt like we had a personal connection in spite of the fact we have never met. Jackson was wonderful and went above and beyond what was expected. We had problems with our computer and couldn’t print off our luggage tags and boarding info a few days before our cruise. Jackson was kind enough to do it for us and then express-mailed the paperwork. This was a worry-free vacation thanks to Jackson and Vacations To Go!
