Judy is my hero! She went so far above-and-beyond that she literally SAVED our cruise. Due to unavoidable circumstances our arrival at the Long Beach pier was hours late. I called her and she called Carnival Cruise Line. Judy kept them on the line, virtually holding the ship for us. Then she gave me a hot-line number direct to Carnival that allowed me to keep in touch every step of the way. I would never consider calling anyone else as long as I have Judy's number. She has booked several cruises for us, always with our needs in mind, always with superb service. I have recommended Vacations to Go and Judy to many, many friends.

I called Chase to book a specific Alaskan cruise, but at his suggestion, I booked a different Alaskan cruise (15 days round trip Vancouver on Princess). This is where a knowledgeable travel agent can make a difference. Chase was correct; the trip we just completed was a much better value, and the round trip Vancouver made it more convenient for us. We will definitely book with Chase again.
