My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and this was our first cruise. We were going to be traveling with our 2 adult children (21 and 18 years old). Austin tried to anticipate all of my questions but the more research I did on things like trip insurance and shore excursions the more questions I had. He was extremely patient and followed up with answers to all of my questions. At one point I had even seen the same cruise that I had booked at a much lower rate and Austin talked me through that too. It was so reassuring to know that he was just a phone call away. We also enjoyed his thoughtful bottle of champagne that was waiting for us in our beautiful ocean view room!
