Dalia is a delight to work with. She is always courteous, funny and helpful. She know our preferences, and makes sure we get the things that are important to us. We have had to cancel a couple of trips, and Dalia continues to be her normal charming self when we ask for this type of help. She is certainly an asset to yoru company!
