As first time cruisers , as expected, I had a lot of questions regarding the choice of vessel, time of the year we were traveling and if the itinerary was suitable for a family vacation. Brent always answered my questions in a very prompt & courteous maner. Also we were leaving Australia approximately 12 days prior to our departure date and he ensured we had all our documentation well in time before we left home.
