We had booked 3 cruises and because of a family situation, Stuart had to rebook all 3 on different dates. He did so without a penalty fee--great job. Then we emailed him while in Italy to inquire about a suite upgrade. Via email, Stuart was ableget us a suite at an excellent price. The larger accomodations made our 13 day cruise much more enjoyable. We are very pleased with the excellent service Stuart provided us.
