Caleb is terrific! He is fast to respond and always available. Caleb suggested a handicap stateroom, even though we're not handicapped, and it felt like a suite. Our many thanks go out to Caleb for his attention to our needs and requests. We are looking forward to a September cruise out of Venice that Caleb booked for us.
