We sought out James because he helped us on our last cruise two and a half years ago. He is brilliant, and have recommended the sie and James to friends making similar plans. Could not fault anything.... he actually surprised us with prompt replies given the time difference between US and Australia... so al good. We had concerns over Aussie visa in Vietnam and he did his best to find the answers.... altho in the end I needed to go to Celebrity in Australia to confirm. I let James know the outcome so he could help future customers.... Love his work.
