My spouse and I were talking tonight about the great help we got from VTG. The cabin (e633 on Ruby Princess) that was priced at an obstructed ocean view was actually unobstructed as Ringo thought it would be altho he couldn't promise this. I am a bit of a control freak and like booking through Princess when everything is transparent, but all of our cruise credits were there and Princess did understand that we were getting off the ship a day early. Really, I couldn't ask for better service. Ringo was very quick and responsive to all our requests.
