His hours end at 4. I think I called him at 430 he answered the phone and helped me well into his off time. We couldn't decide on two different Tahitian cruises. He was very informative, we wanted to book one then he called back to tell us jean Michele Cousteau was on our second choice which became the cruise we went on. Had a wonderful time! Jim was AWESOME!!!!
