We are delighted that, having moved to Cunard, Cynthia is once again able to handle our reservation. She is an attentive and caring agent/manager whose customer service is faultless. our original VTG rep was OK, but when Megan took over the service was uber-great. Very quick and knowledgeable replies to all e-mail questions, all docs sent quickly and correctly, and a great cheerful attitude throughout-despite the fact that I was a somewhat bothersome customer in that I asked for (and quickly received!) rate adjustments 2/3 times as the fares dropped. I couldn't be happier. VTG will be my cruise agent in the future.

I had always used a local travel agent to book cruises and I was skeptical about using an online travel agency to help plan our cruise. But Elona helped every step of the way and by the time our cruise finally got here I had talked to her so much on the phone and email that she almost felt like an old friend. How many stars can a travel agent get? Because Elona should get that many and more! She will be the first person I call next time I plan a cruise! Great job!
