Payton was simply wonderful!! My husband and I visited a local travel agency and had a terrible experience with the agent, who would not listen to our interests and pushed vacations that we weren't interested in on us. Speaking with Payton was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind, friendly and helpful and helped us to find the best cruise for us. Neither my husband or I had ever been on a cruise and we had so many questions. We felt very comfortable talking to her and she was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. She was prompt to respond to emails and always got back to us in a very timely manner.
